DeryaÕs experiences include working with people with autism, and assisting adults and youth in transition with employment goals. She also has experience with mental health, early learning, and substance abuse. She is fluent in German. She spent the last eight years working with adults with developmental disabilities and various physical disabilities in a community-based residential facilty (CBRF), adult family home (AFH) and an independent supportive living setting.
