More about me
I began working in a fifteen bed CBRF with elders in 1999. In 2001, I accepted a job for a large agency that offered supportive living homes, CBRFÕs, and AFHÕs for people with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and brain injuries. In 2005 I took on a management role with the same employer and continued to supervise in a variety of roles. I eventually worked my way into a Program Director role which I stayed in for about 5-6 years. During those years I worked with day service providers, guardians, case managers, school districts, the ADRC (Aging and Disability Resource Center), DHS (The Department of Human Services), and CLTS (ChildrenÕs Long Term Support). In 2015 I obtained a Treatment Foster License and provided oversight to a Level 5 Treatment Foster home. Over the years I have worked with a large number of people and enjoy helping them enjoy life to the fullest. I grew up in a small town just south of Madison, WI where I still reside. I have a husband and four boys, ages 3-21. I have a very close family as my mother and sisters also live in the same town. Some of my hobbies includeÉwatching football, playing Tetris, and cooking.
